Fairway Resources, LLC ("Fairway Resources") is an oil and gas acquisition, development and production company currently focused on our properties in North and East Texas and Northern Oklahoma.
Fairway Resources employs a highly professional technical staff to generate drilling and/or acquisition opportunities in our target areas. We also welcome externally generated projects in those areas; however, we generally do not participate in widely distributed bid situations.
We presently conduct all of our activities through two investment entities we formed with Goldman, Sachs & Co. ("Goldman Sachs") in early-2006 and late-2010.
